These terms summarize the baseline expectations for using WebASMBL. Merchants are responsible for the products they sell, their storefront content, customer communications, taxes, refunds, and compliance with applicable laws and payment/shipping provider rules.
Platform use
WebASMBL provides storefront, dashboard, checkout, shipping, and related operational tools. We may update, suspend, or limit features to protect the platform, merchants, customers, or service providers.
Payments and shipping
Stripe handles payment processing and connected account review. Shipping rates, labels, tracking, and carrier services may depend on third-party providers and carrier availability.
Merchant responsibility
Merchants must keep product, pricing, inventory, origin address, domain, refund, and customer support information accurate.
